Does Primo Passi ship internationally?

Primopassi.com does ship internationally. Please note that you, the buyer, is responsible for any VAT,
duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing
consumer goods.
We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely
around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through
customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

How do I get a refund for my return?

Your refund will generally be sent in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the
right to deny any return.

If the product does not have the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be
deducted from the refunded amount.

Where can I find replacement manuals?

Whether your product instruction manual is lost or ripped – the online version will be always available.
Please contact us at info@primopassi.com telling us which product’s manual you need, and we will send
it for free via email.

Can I return a product?

You can exchange or return any item within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as:

• Original receipt is provided;
• Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
• With 30 days of original purchase date;
• Gift items must include gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.*

Some items cannot be returned, including:
– Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
– As-is items;
– Damaged or abused items;
– Products with missing accessories;
– Opened items;
– Breast pumps;
– Lotions and shampoos;
– Products shipped to outside the United States.

How long does it take for a product to be shipped?

Every single product is shipped with love and excitement because we are thrilled to be a part of special moments. We always have in mind that our special little clients require care and attention. We have the best courier companies as partners so your order will be delivered with no excuses and no delays. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Florida.

We ship items out as soon as possible from Monday till Friday and we also deliver on Saturdays, depending on your location or delivery restrictions if they exist. We ask for up to 24hs to process, pack and ship your order, and this period does not include Sundays. The shipment might take 2 to 6 business days to be delivered nationwide. If we a longer lead time is expected, it will be noted on the item description.

Ships to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii might cause different shipping fees and a longer delivery time. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at info@primopassi.com. We will be delighted to help you through this process.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important, because if you haven’t received the order confirmation, you also won’t receive your shipment notification and tracking information.

If you choose to not get shipping insurance, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
