Orders & Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida.
We ask up to 24 hours to process, pack, and ship your order (this does not include Sundays).
Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days nationwide after your order ships. If a longer lead time is expected, it will be noted on the item description.
We ship Monday through Friday. Delivery on Saturdays may be available depending on your location and any delivery restrictions.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $49.99 within the U.S.* (as displayed on the site).

Yes, we ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country. We don’t collect these fees in advance and can’t estimate them because they vary widely.
International shipments may take up to 45 business days, depending on local authorities in each country.
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—this is important because you’ll also receive tracking/shipping notifications by email.
If you choose not to get shipping insurance, Primo Passi cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You can exchange or return any item within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as:
• Original receipt is provided;
• Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
• With 30 days of original purchase date;
• Gift items must include gift receipt. Any refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
• As-is items;
•Damaged or abused items;
• Products with missing accessories;
• Opened items;
• Breast pumps;
• Lotions and shampoos;
• Products shipped to outside the United States.
Refunds are generally sent in the same form as the original purchase method. Primo Passi reserves the right to deny any return.
If the product does not have the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Manuals, Support & Contact
If your product instruction manual is lost or damaged, the online version is available. Email us with the product name and we’ll send it to you for free.
