Warranty Duration

2-Year Warranty: Available when your stroller is registered within 60 days of purchase.

1-Year Warranty: Provided if no registration is made or if registration occurs after 60 days from the purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing during the applicable period. If a defect is discovered:

Gather your sales receipt, proof of purchase, serial number, and model number.

Contact us following the instructions below.

Replacement parts will be provided for valid claims within the warranty period.

Important Notes:

The warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase.

Replacement parts cannot be shipped outside the country of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under this limited warranty:

Improper use, care, maintenance, storage, cleaning, or modifications not following the user manual.

Damage caused by unsuitable parts or unauthorized repairs.

Damage or loss resulting from airline handling or shipping.

Items that are not brand new (e.g., secondhand products, store floor models).

Damage from accidents or misuse.

Spare parts (final sale items).

Dissatisfaction with aesthetics, functionality, or features based on personal preference.

Normal wear and tear from everyday use.

Damage caused by sun exposure, sweat, detergents, or frequent washing.
